Lowndes Up for Autopsy

One more thesp has joined the ranks of Adam Gierasch’s directorial debut, Autopsy, according to the pages of Variety.
The trades reports that Jessica Lowndes (Tobe Hooper’s season one Masters of Horror ep “Dance of the Dead”) has signed on to the film, which is set to begin the insane process of going in front of cameras on April 9th in New Orleans.
Lowndes joins the likes of Michael Bowen (The Lost, Cabin Fever 2: Spring Fever), Jenette Goldstein (Clockstoppers) and Rober LaSardo (Wishmaster 2, Strangeland) in Autopsy, which was co-written by Gierasch’s long-time writing partner Jace Anderson (they’re the duo responsible for Hooper’s Toolbox Murders) and friend of the site E. L. Katz.
At its core Autopsy is about a woman searching for her boyfriend in a very dangerous hospital. Expect all kinds of medically-themed nastiness when this one rolls out!
