‘A Quiet Place: Day One’ Prequel Gets A Chilling First Trailer

After what has felt like an eternity, we finally have a trailer for A Quiet Place: Day One. This third entry into the franchise is helmed by Michael Sarnoski and stars Lupita Nyong’o and Joseph Quinn. Most of us didn’t dare to hope we would get a trailer this early in the year, so we will need five business days to recover. In the meantime, check out the trailer below.

Official Synopsis

Experience the day the world went quiet.

A Quiet Place: Day One was written and directed by Michael Sarnoski (Pig). The script is based on characters created by Bryan Woods & Scott Beck. The film stars Lupita Nyong’o (Us and Black Panther), Joseph Quinn (Stranger Things and Make Up), Alex Wolff (Hereditary and Pig), and Djimon Hounsou (Rebel Moon and A Quiet Place Part II).

The other details for this highly anticipated prequel have been kept under wraps. However, it seems like the A Quiet Place: Day One marketing team will follow in the footsteps of Chucky and Saw X by giving fans a chance to opt in for more content leading up to the film’s release. A Quiet Place: Day One will sneak into theaters on June 28.

I am one of the people who reentered the Quiet Place chat when Lupita Nyong’o and Joseph Quinn were cast. However, I am also excited to see Man On Island (played by Djimon Hounsou) get more screen time after what happened to him in the last movie.
