Not sick of us talking about The Hills Have Eyes 2 yet? Good, cause we’ve got a lot more to say about the sequel, set to hit theaters March 23rd (the first day of Fear Fest, in case you didn’t know).
However, this story ain’t about us talking bout HHE 2; it’s about one of the film’s screenwriters, specifically Jonathan Craven (son of Wes), talking about it instead, specifically in a new blog he just started up over on Fox Atomic’s official site. Here’s a taste:
“This thing is brutal, unnerving and relentless – and at times, mixing sound for this movie is like being hit by a truck repeatedly (it hurts so good.) Working on what we call the “Porta Pottie” scene right now – can’t really get into what happens, much as I’d like to (don’t want to give too much away) but it’s…uh…messy.” Sounds like it, yeah!
To read the whole blog, which goes into more detail about how and why he became involved in the project, hit up FoxAtomic.com, go to the HHE 2 section, and click on the “Jonathan Craven’s Blog” link. Nothing like someone who was there from Day One to give you an idea of what you’re in for come March 23rd!
