Maggie Gets the LEGO Treatment

Director Henry Hobson’s Maggie is set to hit the big screen on May 8. To help promote the flick’s upcoming release, the folks at Kristo Animations put their own spin on the trailer. Instead of watching Arnold Schwarzenegger and Abigail Breslin deal with the fallout from a zombie outbreak, we’re given something a little different. Little, of course, being the key word.

Considering the film tackles the proverbial zombie apocalypse on a more emotional level than other like-minded endeavors, it’s definitely strange to see this scenario unfold with LEGOs. Stop-motion LEGO trailers are always amusing, but this one seems a little… off. Maybe it’s just me.
