Get Down in THE DIRT with Trailer for Mötley Crüe Biopic Coming to Netflix

Horror and heavy metal have always gone hand-in-hand. So, chances are, if you were watching Michael Myers, Jason Voorhees, and Freddy Krueger in the 1980s, you were also blasting Mötley Crüe (on cassette) in your boom box (Theater of Pain and Dr. Feelgood were my bag). And since nostalgia is a hot commodity, I know a bunch of genre fans will flip over this.
Netflix is releasing a Mötley Crüe biopic called The Dirt on March 22nd! It’s based on the band’s collective autobiography and covers their meteoric rise to superstardom and their individual crash landings that followed. The Crüe is being portrayed by Douglas Booth (as Nikki Sixx), Iwan Rheon (as Mick Mars), Machine Gun Kelly (as Tommy Lee), and Daniel Webber (as Vince Neil). Webber) took Mötley Crüe from the Sunset Strip to the world stage, and what it
meant to become the world’s most notorious rock band.
