In the November 4th episode of "The Vampire Diaries", entitled "Rose", we'll learn some surprising new information along with the Salvatore brothers. We knew it wouldn't take long for The CW to release "The Vampire Diaries" teaser video shown at this year's New York Comic Con, and we've got it right here for you to see along with a few stills from next week's "Plan B" and the following episode (#7), "Masquerade", airing just before Halloween on October 28th.
The 2010 New York Comic Con panel for "The Vampire Diaries" with Sara Canning, Steven R. With all the info coming in from The CW on "The Vampire Diaries", it's getting hard to keep the episodes straight. So we suppose it's a good thing they're taking a step back on October 14th and airing a rerun of the Season Two premiere. But they'll be back in full force on the 21st, and we have a preview clip from "Plan B", which airs on that date.
In the October 28th episode of "The Vampire Diaries", entitled "Masquerade", we'll find out more about new character "Lucy", being portrayed by Natashia Williams. In the meantime, thanks to The CW, we at least have the ep's synopsis to tide us over. In addition, thanks to Ford Fiesta, we have another look "Inside The Vampire Diaries" with production designer Garreth Stover.
East Coast fans of "The Vampire Diaries" get a special bonus tonight along with the airing of Episode 5, "Kill or Be Killed", as both executive producer Julie Plec and star Ian Somerhalder will be live tweeting from 8-9 pm ET. So, "TVD" fans, how are you liking the sophomore season so far? We here at Dread Central think it's off to a great start, and even though we're sadly stuck with a rerun of the season premiere on October 14th, the next week's episode, "Plan B", airing on October 21st, sounds like a winner.
Looking forward to tonight's "Memory Lane" episode on The CW's "The Vampire Diaries"? How about a little behind-the-scenes look at what awaits? Synopsis:
Any doubts as to how well Nina Dobrev would handle playing two distinctly different characters on this season of "The Vampire Diaries" have no doubt been dispelled by now -- she rocks! And we can expect to see a lot more of the Elena/Katherine dynamic play out in next week's episode, "Memory Lane", as evidenced by two new preview videos that have popped up online.
Actress and former Wonderbra campaign model Natashia Williams will be joining the cast of "The Vampire Diaries" a little later this season, and we've got a few details on what she'll be doing on the show.

In any event, we now have a look at some photos from the upcoming Episode 5, "Kill or Be Killed", which airs Thursday, October 7th, including a peek at Mystic Falls’ newest vampire.
This week's episode of "The Vampire Diaries" is quickly coming up, but that doesn't mean The CW is making fans wait for a peek at what awaits in Episode 4, "Memory Lane", airing next Thursday, September 30th. They've provided us with a bacth of 14 stills to help generate a bit of nostalgia in advance!
