James Anthony Bickert
No, of course we aren't lamenting the news of another fear flick hitting DVD shelves. Rather, we're bringing the news of the UK DVD release of director James Bickert's exploitation-laden Dear God No!, gearing up to smack you in the face on January 14, 2013, courtesy of Monster Pictures. Feast on the goodies here, and check out the VERY NSFW trailer!
Bikers. Bigfoot. Blood. Got your attention? I'm sure we do. We're going to get all of that and then some in just a couple of weeks when the latest sliver of sasquatchploitation slams onto DVD. Are you ready? Dear God No!
I don't know if you've heard the story, but it's true…every time an indie film gets distro, an angel gets its wings…or maybe it's a hellspawn gets its chains…one or the other. Regardless, the important news here is that the award-winning brutal biker film Dear God No! has grabbed a distribution deal with Archstone Distribution.
Not since the Eighties has a single bit of artwork had us so pumped up for a movie. Hell, good artwork can get us to watch just about anything around these parts, and once you lay eyes on the latest one-sheet for the upcoming Sasquatchploitation flick Dear God No!, we're sure you'll agree.
We can barely remember a time when Bigfoot was hotter. It seems as if every time that we turn around, another indie flick starring the crypto-based beast makes its way onto our desks. The next one up? Dear God No!, which features Bigfoot vs. bikers and a shitload of other weirdness that has us grinning from ear-to-ear. Okay, interest officially piqued.
