The Host 2, it seems, has been lingering in pre-production for an eternity. And while today’s story yields another one of those, “yep, it’s coming … eventually” type of updates, there’s also some cool news about an interactive adaptation of the perpetually upcoming sequel.

On November 17th zombie fans around the world will finally be able to get their hands on Valve's latest slay-a-thon, Left 4 Dead 2. Right now, though, you can watch a leaked three-minute trailer that's all about getting you pumped to lay down a rain of hot lead!

Fans of the original Left 4 Dead are gonna have a lot to cheer about once its sequel Left 4 Dead 2 hits stores on November 17th. The first TV spot for the zombie slaughter-fest has made its way online, and if this doesn't tickle your trigger finger, we don't know what will.

This one slipped under the radar, as sometimes it is difficult to tell what is purely fantasy and what nosedives right into our creepy neck of the woods. With Castlevania: Lords of Shadow we've got a mask purported to return the dead to life, legions of bloodthirsty monsters, and a lead character who walks around with a mad on, just itching to turn anything he comes across into a smear of gore. Sure, Dead Space wasn’t much more than a Resident Evil 4 rip off set in space. But you gotta give credit where credit is due, and frankly, the game was a TON of fun. Furthermore, it made me jump like a little girl on more than one occasion (much to my fiancée’s delight) so while this new game Dead Space: Extraction looks like an action-oriented prequel – I’m sure it’ll put some hair on your Wii’s balls!
