I really tried to like this show but after sitting through it, it just happens to not be my cuppa.
I guess I'm just too old school to accept human looking cylons. _________________ I'd rather laugh with the sinners than cry with the saints |

I think it's the best well-written TV series (notice I didn't say sci-fi series), that is all around awesome. I see their trying to shop this around to the Emmy academy members, I doubt Galactica will get nominated for best drama.

Amazing show.. without a doubt the best on TV.
It's too bad alot of people refuse to give it a chance just because of it's name... |

The wait after the Season Two finale has killed me! The really turned this show on its head...
*SPOILERS*
What's gonna happen now? Baltar's all coked-up with prostitutes, the Galactica is gone, and everyone is enslaved on new Caprica! |

Do you think this is the beginning of the end for the show?
I was thinking there seems to be no way out of this new situation... they might just end it after season 3.
There's 4 more cylons anyway, and after they're all revealed I think the show will end.
Edward james olmos always says he'll be killed off soon, and he seems only half joking.
I hope it keeps going for 5 more seasons like stargate (which I happened to hate)... this show is a fucking gem. |

| If I remember correctly it's the highest rated series they've got on the sci-fi channel, the question is will James olmos want to stay on the show? There's already a spinoff in the works "Caprica", which is a prequel. I hope they show the old Cylons from the original series. |

I think this show could easily go on for at least four or five more seasons. I think this year will be all about the human rebellion. They still need to find Earth too.
They have that "Blade Runner" thing going on, where nobody knows if they're a Cylon or not. By now, I think we all suspect that Baltar is one...
Speaking of deaths, rumor is, a major character gets killed off this season. Place your bets! |

Maybe they'll decapitate Bonnie Hammer and pull her spine out.
"That's for bringing fucking WRESTLING to a science-fiction channel, you dumb bitch!"
Sorry...I went somewhere weird for a sec there.
I'm just pissed that we have to wait until October for new episodes. It's a really great series and it's funny because its very existence seems to be the antithesis of everything the (lack of) SCI FI Channel stands for these days.
As long as they leave Starbuck, Boomer, and Callie alone, I'm good.
I recommend this to people and they look at me like I'm crazy. Oh well -- it's their loss. _________________ "I hate all sports as rabidly as a person who likes sports hates common sense." - H. L. Mencken
