I need to bust through all of the nominees that I haven't seen yet. It'll be a nice change of pace since I've been watching a lot of Troma lately.

For the most part I think that people who concern themselves so much with plot and characters in a James Cameron movie are idiots and have obviously never seen a James Cameron movie before

Uhm...Terminator, Aliens...Great plots, great characters. So, uh, yeah you're wrong...again.

As much as I like The Dude, the award should have gone to Jeremy Renner.

On a seperate issue, who's idea was it to splice fucking Twilight in with horror classics like The Shining and Psycho?!

The biggest upset and surprise to me was Tarantino not getting best screenplay. I figured that was a lock.

I can't say I'm surprised that DSIC and Floydian are still feuding with each other. I mean, we should all be used to it by now.

Anyway, the parts of the show I saw entertained me as much as usual (meaning, not all that much) but at least the lady who directed Near Dark, one of the guys behind Grindhouse Experience, someone who made his debut in The Burning, and ROGER CORMAN all got awards, so that's pretty great.

Nah. I'm not bitter and for it to be a rivalry he would have to be be my rival. He's not even close.
