Ellen Page
Four more one-sheets for James Gunn's latest film Super (review here) have surfaced online and we have every single psychopathic pixel of them for you right here!
Having finally seen James Gunn's latest film Super (review here) over the weekend, we can totally confirm that it deserves the coverage we've been giving it.
Yes, we know that there aren't many horror elements in James Gunn's latest film Super (review here), but the premise is so deliciously psychotic, we can't help but give it at least a little love.
A new one-sheet has come our way for James Gunn's new flick Super (review here), in which we have a semi-psychotic Rainn Wilson thinking he's a superhero and beating people unmercifully with a club.
We're very particular about what kind of superhero film coverage we dole out around here. There has to be something really dark or some form of monster involved to get our attention.

We can hear the grumbling already. Yes, we know Inception isn't a horror movie, but it's a terrific mindfuck and certainly has some dark and twisty elements. Besides, Trembles took the time to draw up a Motion Picture Purgatory for it, and we've never been the type to look a gift horse in the mouth.
On April 20th Michael Lander's psychological thriller Peacock, starring Ellen Page and Cillian Murphy, is gonna get a chance to strut its stuff all over direct-to-DVD land via Lionsgate Home Entertainment, and we've gotten our hands on a clip from the flick to offer you a taste of what madness lies ahead.

On April 20th Michael Lander's psychological thriller Peacock, starring Ellen Page and Cillian Murphy, is gonna get a chance to strut its stuff all over direct-to-DVD land via Lionsgate Home Entertainment, much to the confusion of a clearly distressed and alarmed Conan O'Brien.
Ellen Page was nominated for a Best Actress Oscar in 2008 for her title role in Juno. Back in 2003 Ellen Page starred in a Canadian made-for-TV movie called Ghost Cat that aired in the US on Animal Planet. That film would have long since been forgotten about if Page hadn't gone on to be somebody. Now her past is coming back to haunt her with a DVD release of her family-friendly supernatural feline flick.
Remember the film Dr. Jekyll and Ms. Hyde? We need more transgender tales like that, but with maybe a bit more of a mainstream touch.
That was a short wait! Variety reports that not even a week after everyone made a big deal out of Ellen Page leaving Sam Raimi’s return to horror, Drag Me To Hell, already a replacement has been found; Alison Lohman.
Though I can’t say for sure this will appeal to genre audiences, a cast that includes Cillian Murphy (28 Days Later) and Ellen Page (An American Crime) is enough to make me take note. The pair just joined up for the film Peacock, a psychological thriller being helmed by newcomer Michael Lander according to Variety.
