So it’s not a huge update, but at least it’s something after months of silence…
Rob Zombie, master of dozens of MySpace pages it seems, just threw up a blog on the Haunted World of El Superbeasto page to let fans know that he just saw a first cut of the film and it is, as he puts it, “awesome”. He also refers to it as “crazy shit”.
It damn well better be for the amount of time it’s taken this thing to get off the ground…
Some more animation is necessary, but from the sounds of it El Superbeasto could be at 100% completion in no time. For those who have forgotten, the film is based on characters from Zombie’s short-lived comic series and tells of the titular luchadore wrestler fighting evil and banging chicks.
