The Suffering was a fun horror game that you might remember from a few years back set in a rather nightmarish prison. Well, 1up.com brings word that you can now download the PC version of the game for free from FileFront. The game came out in 2004, so if you're reading this on a PC bought since then, there's a good chance the game will run on it.

The direct-to-DVD sequel Return to House on Haunted Hill touted itself as being the first “choose your own adventure” horror movie. All well and good when you’ve got a Warner Bros.-sized budget, but we just learned about a kid who decided to do one on his own likely before Return was even discussed.
Demonic possession. It is the stuff of Hollywood movies and nightmares, inspired by the belief in something dark and ominous that can invade the body and damn the soul for all eternity. It makes a great story, the struggle of good versus bad, right versus wrong, light against the dark.

Got a heads up today about a new interview that was posted over on the Italian horror site Splattercontainer (for some reason I really dig that name), conducted with Subspecies madman Ted Nicolaou about his latest endeavor, The Etruscan Mask.
