Keanu Reeves Thriller with “Moody visuals” Dominates HBO Max Charts
Begone, demons! It’s good news for comic book fans. One of the best adaptations of the century—and a certified cult classic—has entered the top charts on streamer HBO Max. Constantine, starring Keanu Reeves and Rachel Weisz, is currently the most-watched genre film on the site, and it couldn’t come at a better time.
While not everyone is Constantine-pilled the way we are, true-heads online seem to understand its importance. That includes The Cinesthetic:
Constantine follows the exploits of the titular John Constantine, an exorcist who travels between heaven and hell to exorcise all manner of demons and fallen angels alike. Early last year, Reeves confirmed to Deadline that a sequel was in active development, making now the perfect time to catch up on the original that made the source material so popular among a new generation.
