Josh Duhamel And Dylan Sprouse Will Star in Serial Killer Thriller ‘Neglected’

Inaugural Entertainment has secured North American distribution rights to the action thriller Neglected, directed by David Lipper. The film recently wrapped production in Mississippi and stars Josh Duhamel, Dylan Sprouse, and Til Schweiger.

Neglected follows Detective Shaw, a veteran investigator on the verge of retirement whose final day spirals into chaos. When a serial killer targets his son, Shaw is forced into a desperate race against time to stop a string of murders and save his family. The film blends procedural tension with a personal emotional hook, positioning itself as a character-driven thriller with commercial appeal.

Lipper co-wrote the screenplay and produced alongside Robert A. Daly Jr. under their Latigo banner. The project has already screened at festivals, where it drew attention for its pacing and performances. Duhamel leads the film as Shaw, while Sprouse steps into darker territory in a supporting role that moves the once child-star beyond his well-known sillier stuff.

Inaugural plans a theatrical release in April as part of its growing slate of wide-appeal genre titles.
