Post Mortem with Mick Garris is sadly closing up shop this month. However, this Dread Central show is not going gently into that good night. This week marks the final one-on-one interview for the beloved podcast, and the guest of honor is Quentin Tarantino.

The episode sees Garris sit down with Tarantino to discuss his love of cinema, his insights on filmmaking, and so much more. Plus, they dive into Tarantino’s podcast, 1970s cinema nostalgia, and the power of physical media. He also provides some insight into his inspirations for Once Upon A Time… In Hollywood.

If you’re late to Post Mortem with Mick Garris, you have seven years of episodes to catch up on. However, if you are late to Mick Garris’ filmography, you have decades of work to experience. Might I suggest you start with some of the Stephen King adaptations he directed, specifically SleepwalkersThe Stand (1994), and The Shining (1997)? I also would advise you to start hunting for a copy of Psycho IV: The Beginning today.
