Blumhouse Horror: Scary New Trailer For ‘Night Swim’ Has Just Surfaced [Watch]

In case you missed it, Atomic Monster and Blumhouse, the producers of M3GAN, are planning to unlock a new wave of terror this January. Their newest collaboration, Night Swim, will creep into theaters on January 5th. We’re excited to dive into the newest trailer, but first, let’s catch everyone up to speed.

Per the official synopsis, Secretly hoping, against the odds, to return to pro ball, Ray persuades Eve that the new home’s shimmering backyard swimming pool will be fun for the kids and provide physical therapy for him. But a dark secret in the home’s past will unleash a malevolent force that will drag the family under, into the depths of inescapable terror.

Night Swim is based on a short film of the same name by Rod Blackhurst and Bryce McGuire. The feature film stars Wyatt Russell (The Falcon and the Winter Soldier), Kerry Condon (The Banshees of Inisherin), Amélie Hoeferle (The Hunger Games: The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes), and Gavin Warren (Fear the Walking Dead).

Night Swim is written and directed by Bryce McGuire (writer of the upcoming film Baghead). It is produced by filmmaker James Wan (SawInsidiousMalignant, and The Conjuring franchises) and producer Jason Blum (the recent Halloween trilogy, The Black Phone, and The Invisible Man).

We have all been holding our breath as we waited for a new trailer drop for this highly anticipated movie. So, we all swam to shore when we heard today was the day. This creepy little glimpse of the movie does not disappoint.
