‘Cobweb’ Trailer Is Hiding Something In Its Walls

Lovers of the elite Netflix show Marianne, rejoice, as the series creator Samuel Bodin is bestowing more terror upon us in the form of his feature film debut. Titled Cobweb, with a script by Chris Thomas Devlin, the upcoming horror film follows a young boy in a strange new house with parents who may be harboring a horrifying secret.

Eight-year-old Peter is plagued by a mysterious, constant tap, tap from inside his bedroom wall—a tapping that his parents insist is all in his imagination. As Peter’s fear intensifies, he believes that his parents (Lizzy Caplan and Antony Starr) could be hiding a terrible, dangerous secret and question their trust. And for a child, what could be more frightening than that?
Antony Starr has already terrified audiences with his performance as Homelander in the hit Prime Video series The Boys. Now he’s trading in the blonde hair and shiny costume for a more human role, and we cannot wait to see him in a horror film proper. Plus, he stars alongside Lizzy Caplan, who is no stranger to the genre.
