Resident Evil‘s previous incarnation on the silver screen featured Milla Jovovich (The Fifth Element) as Alice. She is our beloved amnesiac protagonist who must overcome the horrors unleashed by the shady Umbrella Corporation. Jovovich took on the role of Alice for a total of 5 Resident Evil movies over an impressive 10-year span.
Resident Evil first appeared as a video game for Sony’s Playstation console in 1996. Since then, it has become Capcom’s best-selling video game franchise, selling over 110 million copies worldwide.
Are you a Resident Evil fan? Do you perhaps favor other Capcom stuff? I’m partial to Mega Man myself. But, having grown up in the 80s and 90s, perhaps that’s no surprise. Do share what you like with us over on Twitter @dreadcentral. Also, feel free to nag me about Street Fighter @marcoscodas.
