Her life turns upside down when she inadvertently witnesses a brutal crime. Based on the gripping, best-selling novel and adapted by Tracy LettsShocking secrets are revealed and nothing and no one is what they seem.

In addition to Adams and Russell, The Woman in the Window stars Gary Oldman, Anthony Mackie, Fred Hechinger, Brian Tyree Henry, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Julianne Moore. Joe Wright (Pride & Prejudice, Anna Karenina, Atonement, Hanna, Pan, Darkest Hour) directed the film.

Wright says: “I liked the idea of the kind of minimalist constraints of making a film completely set in one house. I’m also interested in the blurring between subjective and objective reality, truth and lies, and the lies we tell ourselves and how we create our own reality. I didn’t know the book prior to reading the script. And I was thrilled and excited and I wanted to know what happened next.”
