Johnny Depp Wishes For Better Times Ahead in Message to Fans
It hasn’t been the best year for any of us. Go ahead and make that double for Edward Scissorhands star Johnny Depp. But he seems to be in good spirits, sharing a positive message over on Instagram hoping for better times ahead.
He writes: “This year has been so hard for so many. Here’s to a better time ahead. Happy Holidays, everyone! My love and respect to you all. Eternally, JD. X“

Tim Burton’s new The Addams Family reboot is in the works. And we hear Burton wants none other than Johnny Depp to join the possible Netflix series.

According to Small Screen, Depp is in the running to play Gomez Addams and the TV show will most likely debut on Netflix. They say: “It’s full steam ahead on Netflix’s The Addams Family. Tim Burton wants Johnny Depp to play Gomez Addams. He thinks he would do the role justice.”
Depp and Burton teaming up is nothing new. But still exciting! After all, the duo has gifted us classics like Edward Scissorhands, Sweeney Todd, Dark Shadows, Sleepy Hollow, and Corpse Bride. Joining forces for The Addams Family seems a given.
