The last entry in the franchise was Tremors: A Cold Day in Hell. It centered on good old Burt Gummer who suspects that giant worms are being utilized as weapons at a research facility in Canada. He soon finds himself in a race against time to create an antidote from one of the creature’s venom to save his own life.

Tremors: A Cold Day in Hell was directed by Don Michael Paul from a screenplay written by John Whelpley based on characters created by S. S. Wilson, Brent Maddock, and Ron Underwood. Mike Elliott produced and the film starred Michael Gross, Jamie Kennedy, Tanya van Graan, and Jamie-Lee Money. Universal 1440 Entertainment released it back on May 1, 2018.
