Okay so this isn’t really a horror project here, but all the same, I feel the need to share it here as I’m sure all of you are just as big of fans of Matt Groening’s The Simpsons as I am… Well, maybe not so much that series, but Futurama for sure.
And so I wanted to take this opportunity today to share your first look at Groening’s new Netflix adult animated comedy-fantasy series Disenchantment. The series features the voice talents of Billy West, Abbi Jacobson, Nat Faxon, Eric Andre, John DiMaggio, Maurice LaMarche, Tress MacNeille, David Herman, Matt Berry, Jeny Batten, Rich Fulcher, Noel Fielding, and Lucy Montgomery.

The animation is provided by Rough Draft Studios (Futurama) and the series is produced by The ULULU Company, with Matt Groening and Josh Weinstein serving as executive producers. Netflix gave the series a 20-episode order and the first 10 episodes debut August 17th.
Synopsis:
The series takes place in the crumbling medieval kingdom of Dreamland. It follows the misadventures of hard-drinking young princess Bean, her feisty elf companion Elfo, and her personal demon Luci. Along the way, the oddball trio will encounter ogres, sprites, harpies, imps, trolls, walruses, and lots of human fools.
