Mist Poster Revealed!

With all the updating going on this weekend it’s hard to always find the best “first look” at anything, but the boys at UHM found the best shot of the poster for Frank Darabont’s The Mist that I’ve seen so far.

Does that style look familiar? It should, it’s done by Darabont favorite Drew Struzan, the man responsible for all the original, painted Star Wars posters, as well as Indiana Jones, Darabont’s Shawshank Redemption and more. The painted poster is a sadly dying art form, so I’m very happy we have someone like Darabont keeping it alive.

The Mist rolls into theaters this November 21st. Our crew at SDCC have promised some great video interviews with all those involved who were at the show, in which apparently they actually describe the monsters to us, so look for that very soon!
