New Spooks Comic Cheap!

For fans of Ryan Schifrin’s Spooks comic who were excited by the recent announcement that G.I. Joe creator Larry Hama would be expanding the comic with Spooks: Omega Team, Devil’s Due just sweetened the pot further by announcing that the #0 issue will only set you back $.99!

Hama is penning the series with award-winning fantasy writer R.A. Salvatore and creator Schifrin, and the series will be ongoing. Spooks: Omega Team follows a black ops task force formed to deal with the worst supernatural threats facing mankind. Not what some would call a fun job, but I’d sure as hell sign up!

"I grew up reading Larry's G.I. Joe comics,” Schifrin said in a recent press release, ”and I wanted to give Larry an opportunity to do a monthly series where he has total creative freedom to do whatever he wants. I'm so happy that the fans have supported us and provided this chance to expand the world of Spooks.”
