Making its premiere at this weekend’s New York Comic Con, where of course Dread Central will be w/camera in-hand, is a new comic coming from Devil’s Due Publishing (Hack/Slash) called Rest, which has the involvement of “Heroes” and Pathology star Milo Ventimiglia according to Variety.
What his exact involvement is I’m not sure, only that the main character in the book will look like him. The four-issue series follows a man who stays awake for way too long as he’s being drawn into a battle between a malevolent pharmaceutical company and the U.S. government. If the book does well, there are hopes to translate it to TV or film, which is really the only reason comics are made these days, right?
We’ll be getting more from Milo about the title this weekend, so expect an update soon. In the meantime, MTV got its hands on an exclusive clip from Pathology, which opens in very limited release today. Make sure you seek it out; this sounds like it’s going to be one of the good ones!

P.S. Am I the only one who always mistakenly calls him "Meelo"?

It's weird, Milo Ventimiglia has about the same acting skill as Keanu Reeves, but I'm a fan.

Yea, after all the early hype with the genre folks and all our site coverage, the studio just threw it out there and they won't let us see the damn movie.
Sad.
