It’s official, kids! Fox has secured a director for its upcoming Frankenstein project, and we’ve got the skinny for you to chew on right here. Dig it!
According to Variety, Shawn Levy (Night at the Museum, Real Steel) has signed on to direct the Frankenstein film coming together at Fox, a significant step forward for the studio.
Fox wants to move quickly on the Max Landis-scripted thriller based on the classic monster from Mary Shelley’s public domain novel in order to get out in front of the seven other Frankenstein films that are percolating all over town.
