Beowulf Review

Oh, man, how I disagree. I saw it with some kids, and I thought it was going to be the same silly kiddy-kartoon krap they release every month these days. But maybe it was the 3D that won me over. It was the best effects of that kind we have seen yet, truly a sight to behold. I'll have to rent it to see if it's as good without the 3D backing it up. Sure, it was silly, but I thought it was fast paced, fun family entertainment. How could you not like the "hide the sword" gag? It came out of nowhere, and yes, I was rolling my eyes, but it was so over the top I couldn't help but laugh. For a cartoon, it was great.
