A Very Early Look at Cyborgs: Rise of the Slingers

It looks like a few more cyborgs will be joining Albert Pyun's currently in production Cyborgs: Rise of the Slingers (it was originally named Cyborg: Rise of the Slingers), and he's provided us with a sneak peek of the first test composite shot from yesterday's shoot in Las Vegas.

Previously Pyun told us that Cyborgs will be his first all-out horror film and promises it will be "very nasty". Paige Lauren Billiot portrays a young slinger on a mission, and the screenplay is by Cynthia Curnan. The DP is Michael Su with costumes designed by Olwen Zarlengo.

Cyborgs: Rise of the Slingers mixes steam and cyberpunk with post-apocalyptic vampire horror. It will chronicle the genesis of the Slingers, who were guardian mercenaries in the original Cyborg. The below photo shows what Atlanta looks like after the apocalypse.
