SXSW 2012: New Images from The Cabin in the Woods

The highly anticipated new film The Cabin in the Woods is making its premiere at the South by Southwest Film Festival in Austin, Texas (look for a review soon), and if you can't make it ... here's your consolation prize!

Look for the flick in theatres on April 13, 2012. It stars Kristen Connolly, Chris Hemsworth, Anna Hutchison, Fran Kranz, Jesse Williams, Richard Jenkins, and Bradley Whitford. Drew Goddard directs from a screenplay written by him and Joss Whedon.

Synopsis
Five friends go to a remote cabin in the woods. Bad things happen. If you think you know this story, think again. From fan favorites Joss Whedon and Drew Goddard comes THE CABIN IN THE WOODS, a mind-blowing horror film that turns the genre inside out.
