LA's ZJU Theatre Group Turning Absolute Black in the New Year

One of our New Year's resolutions here at Dread Central is to get out and see more live productions during the new year. If you happen to live in or around Los Angeles, you can join us and visit Zombie Joe's Underground Theatre Group in North Hollywood, California. Starting January 13th and running through February 11th will be the Group's newest production: Vanessa Cate’s Absolute Black, a 1940’s film noir-inspired thriller.

The play runs Friday and Saturday nights at 8:30 PM, and the synopsis is as follows:

Love. Lust. Betrayal. Murder! Zombie Joe’s Underground’s world premiere production of Absolute Black tells the tale of a relentless private eye’s search for the killer of Hollywood's leading lady and the psychological web of deceit he uncovers.
