Emily Rose Director Bringing More Our Way

With Insidious being the most profitable film of the year, working with one half of the team who brought us that film as well as Paranormal Activity, producer Jason Blum, is a pretty hot ticket for the horror filmmaker in Hollywood.

With several other projects on their way including Rob Zombie's The Lords of Salem and The Bay Blum already has plans for a new film with a new director.

According to the LA Times, Blum will be working with Scott Derrickson (pictured right; The Exorcism of Emily Rose, The Day the Earth Stood Still) on an as of yet untitled new horror project.

According to a tight-lipped Blum the film is "a horror story with a crime at the center." That's all we know thus far. Stay tuned.
