Peter Stormare Lays Down the Law in Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters

There are few people on the planet who can do creepy strange guy better than Peter Stormare, and as a result we're always elated when he brings his special brand of madness to our genre.

According to Deadline Peter Stormare has joined Jeremy Renner, Gemma Arterton, Famke Janssen and Ingrid Bolsø Berdal to star in Paramount/MGM's Hansel And Gretel: Witch Hunters. In the Tommy Wirkola (Dead Snow) film he'll play the villainous town sheriff 'Berringer'.

The storyline for Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters picks up the fairy tale siblings 15 years after their traumatic gingerbread house incident, which provoked them to become witch bounty hunters.

Look for the flick in theatres on March 2nd, 2012.
