Another star has signed on to the UK flick we’re waiting for with bated breath, Strippers vs. Werewolves! An actress who can only serve to bring some class to the proceedings!

Sarah DouglasFrom the Press Release
Sarah Douglas (pictured right), best known for playing the Kryptonian supervillain Ursa in the first two Superman movies and for her role as Queen Taramis in Conan the Destroyer, will play Jeanette, the owner of a strip club in the Jonathan (13Hrs) Glendenning helmed horror-comedy Strippers vs. Werewolves.

Douglas said today about the role: “She’s a mother figure to her girls. An ex-stripper made good, she doesn’t have a lot of time for men and has no intention of seeing her girls devoured by werewolves”.

Jonathan Sothcott, producer, added: “There aren’t that many real genre icons, and even fewer who are top quality talents, and we are absolutely thrilled that Sarah is on board.”

Filming on this Black and Blue Films production starts on April 18, and Douglas joins a stellar cast including Adele Silva, Barbara Nedeljakova, and Billy Murray.
