IFC Midnight has finally given dates to two very infamous films – My Amityville Horror and The Jeffrey Dahmer Files. Read on for the details of when and where you can dig upon these latest two slivers of real life terror.
My Amityville Horror will be released on VOD and in select theaters March 1st. It’ll hit SundanceNOW and other VOD platforms in February. The Jeffrey Dahmer Files (previously known as Jeff) will see a VOD and limited theatrical run on February 15.
Directed by Eric Walter, My Amityville Horror focuses on an adult Daniel Lutz, one of the survivors of the infamous Amityville hauntings.
Chris James Thompson’s Dahmer Files is “an experimental documentary film that uses archival footage, interviews, and fictionalized scenarios to tell the story of the people around Jeffrey Dahmer during the summer of his arrest in 1991.”
