Charisma Carpenter Delves into Survival Horror with Crash Site
You know what we have outside our windows here at the Dread Central offices? Civilization. That's what. We've seen way too many movies where things have gone horribly awry because vacationers thought it would be cool to camp out in the middle of nowhere, and there's another one coming our way!
According to The Hollywood Reporter Charisma Carpenter (pictured right; "Buffy the Vampire Slayer", "Angel", The Expendables) and Ty Olsson ("V", "Psych", "Smallville") have been cast as leads in the indie thriller Crash Site.
The story centers on a family vacation in the woods, during which a couple must fight their way back to civilization through injuries, creepy critters and wild animals after their Jeep crashes.
Jason Bourque is directing the film, which recently began principal photography in Vancouver. Look for more on this one soon.
