Rob Hall Brings the Violence to The Victim

Rob Hall Brings the Violence to The VictimEvery good horror movie needs an F/X maestro to pile on the goods that have gorehounds sweaty with anticipation. For Brock Morse's new flick The Victim, the film team has brought on a man who knows a whole lot about spreading the red.

That's right, kids, Rob Hall (pictured, right) and Almost Human F/X have joined the fray to help make this one memorable! Lord knows he has a killer cast to slaughter ...

Partaking in the mayhem are Michael Biehn (Terminator, Aliens, Grindhouse), Ryan Honey ("ER," Hallowed Ground), Jennifer Blanc ("Dark Angel," "Party of Five"), Denny Kirkwood (Never Been Kissed, Groove), and the lovely Danielle Harris (Rob Zombie’s Halloween, Hatchet II).

The flick is set to film this August in LA. Look for more soon. In the interim dig on the plot crunch below.

Synopsis
Annie's (Jennifer Blanc) life is in jeopardy after she’s witnessed the horrific rape and murder of her closest friend. Fleeing from two attackers (Ryan Honey, Denny Kirkwood), she stumbles across Kyle (Michael Biehn), a recluse living in the middle of the woods.

Kyle finds the stillness of the woods comforting. The ruggedly handsome loner stays far from civilization - that is - until a single knock on his door throws his solitary life into chaos.

Two worlds collide in this psychological thriller that will make you question your trust in mankind. WHO IS THE VICTIM?

speaking of Rob Hall, what are all your guys thoughts on "Laid to Rest" i personally thought it had good kills, a cool killer and some nice fog shrouded atmosphere BUT suffered from very weak character development and bad pacing
