And the promo train for The Twilight Saga: Eclipse keeps right on rolling along as Summit Entertainment releases three new character banners for the film.
At least they’re equal opportunity banners that show off (a) that familiar threesome of Bella, Edward, and Jacob (Stewart, Pattinson, and Lautner; (b) the Volturi with an emphasis on Dakota Fanning’s Jane; and (c) newborn vamp Riley (Xavier Samuel), the leader of Victoria’s recently formed army.
In David Slade’s Eclipse, which opens everywhere June 30th, Bella once again finds herself surrounded by danger as Seattle is ravaged by a string of mysterious killings and a malicious vampire continues her quest for revenge. In the midst of it all, she is forced to choose between her love for Edward and her friendship with Jacob — knowing that her decision has the potential to ignite the ageless struggle between vampire and werewolf. With her graduation quickly approaching, Bella is confronted with the most important decision of her life.
