Tim Burton. We really have to start wondering if Burton realizes just how busy he is as much as we do. According to The Hollywood Reporter's Heat Vision Blog Alice scribe Linda Woolverton is teaming with Disney to bring Maleficent, a live-action take on the evil queen in the 1959 animated classic Sleeping Beauty, to the big screen. Burton's interest in the character was piqued during the summer while he was in post on Wonderland, and the studio and Burton's camp have been trying to keep a lid on the project since.
