Take a Peek at John Landis' Burke and Hare!

John Landis has been away from feature films for so long that I had to take a quick trip to the IMDb to recall what his last theatrical release actually was. And now that I've done the research, I'm not going to reprint it because it would surely dampen what I consider to be joyous news: A sneak peek at his long-awaited return to genre filmmaking!

Empire snagged an exclusive still of Simon Pegg and Andy Serkis straight from Landis' new horror comedy Burke and Hare, which just wrapped up filming this past Friday. Dig it below!

Along with Pegg and Serkis, Burke and Hare stars Isla Fisher, Jessica Hynes, Tom Wilkinson, Tim Curry, Ronnie Corbett, Reece Shearsmith, David Schofield, Allan Corduner, Bill Bailey, Hugh Bonneville, and Michael Smiley. The film follows two men who turn to killing and grave-robbing as a means of making ends meet in 19th Century Edinburgh.

I'm Looking forward to this one too, although in terms of "fun Grave robbing" films i have a feeling it might not be as good as "I Sell the Dead" that sucker was really good and really fun

Saw the pic for this at Joblo, and it looks good to me. I'll see anything Simon Pegg is in.

Run Fat Boy Run is a very bland romantic comedy that is very, very light on the comedy. It's only real saving grace is Pegg. I promise you'll have forgotten the movie halfway before it even ends.
