Canadian Near Dark Screening!

When Near Dark originally hit theaters, it really struggled to find an audience. Now, you lucky Canadian residents are going to have the opportunity to experience a 35mm screening this coming March - thanks to the excellent Metro Cinema in Edmonton, Canada!

Catch the vampire masterpiece on Friday, March 26th. The doors will open at 9PM and damn if I don't wish I was an Edmonton resident right about now.

Meet the Hooker clan – Jesse, Severn, Homer, and Diamondback. They’re not your typical lovelorn,sparkly teenage angsty creatures of the night. They’re outlaws, but driven by a lust for blood, not gold. When Caleb, a young farm hand, crosses paths with Jesse’s gang, he’s unwittingly recruited into their ranks. Now driven by an insatiable hunger, and taken on a cross country killing spree by his new “family”, Caleb must decide whether to fight the clan and reclaim his humanity, or remain a member of the undead for eternity. Starring Adrian Pasdar (Heroes), Lance Henriksen (Aliens, Millennium), and Bill Paxton (Aliens, Big Love). Presented in 35mm.
