A Nightmare on Elm Street: Hi-Res Image of the New Krueger

Warner Brothers has released a hi-res version of one of yesterday's new Elm Street stills, and we have it in all its huge glory for those of you out there who want EVERYTHING!
The Samuel Bayer directed remake stars Jackie Earle Haley, Rooney Mara, Kyle Gallner, Katie Cassidy, Thomas Dekker, Kellan Lutz, Clancy Brown, and Connie Britton and focuses on a serial child molester murdered by angry parents, who returns with a burnt face and a razor glove to terrorize teens in their dreams.

Synopsis
"Freddy Krueger (Jackie Earle Haley) returns in 'A Nightmare on Elm Street', a contemporary re-imagining of the horror classic. As long as they stay awake, they can protect one another ... but when they sleep, there is no escape."

Nothing against Haley or anything, but this just feels like an impostor Freddy...something's just not RIGHT. Am I wrong?

You're not the only one, man. Englund's Freddy is so iconic because of the way he portrayed him with that wicked sneer and extremely twisted sense of humor. Craven's NEW NIGHTMARE, to me, was a fitting finale to the ELM STREET series and this remake/reboot will suck because 100% of all Platinum Dunes movies are horrible pieces of fucking shit.
