Some Beastly Halloween Treats

In honor of Halloween, CBS Films has provided us three new photos from Beastly that show how the stars get their Samhain on in the movie. As they explain it, "Tricks are for kids, but we're all about treats here!"

From top to bottom, we get our first glimpse of Mary-Kate Olsen as Kendra, the eccentric girl behind Kyle (Alex Pettyfer)'s transformation. In the next photo Vanessa Hudgens (as Lindy, the beauty to Kyle's beast) channels her inner peace and love. Lastly, Dakota Johnson and Erik Knudsen (as Sloane and Trey) are canoodling amongst an array of jack-o'-lanterns. (Click each to see them bigger.)

Beastly is an edgy teen romance about learning how to see past false surfaces to discover true inner beauty. Daniel Barnz is directing the project, which commenced principal photography in Montreal in mid-June 2009 and will hit theatres everywhere July 30, 2010. Susan Cartsonis is producing through her company, Storefront Pictures, and Roz Weisberg is co-producing. In addition to his role as director, Barnz wrote the screenplay, which is based on the Alex Flinn novel of the same name.
