Empire also provided a slightly new synopsis for the film: Triangle is set on a seemingly abandoned ocean liner which stops to rescue George and her fellow yachters when their boat is holed in the Bermuda Triangle. Aboard, they find that something or someone wants them dead, and with time continually looping on the ship, there's plenty of opportunity.
