RIP Patrick Swayze
It is with a heavy heart that we report tonight that Patrick Swayze (Donnie Darko) has lost his battle with pancreatic cancer at the all too young age of 57.
Though he only graced our genre directly one time with the abovementioned cult hit, Patrick starred in a ton of films that horror fans and film buffs in general all dug on. From Red Dawn, Point Break, and Ghost to one of the most ass-kickin' favorite guy flicks of all-time Road House, the man's body of work will continue to delight his legion of followers for years to come.
We here at Dread Central would like to take this time to offer our condolences to Patrick's friends, colleagues, constituents, and family. Rest in peace, brother.
Till me meet again.

Swayze got ripped off that's for sure. Poor guy.
Can hardly stand a single movie he was in but that's just me.
