If there's a finer way to cap off the week than by watching "True Blood" sneak peeks provided by HBO, I've yet to find it. And with only two more episodes left, we better dig in while we can!
This clip from Episode 23 features Sookie (Anna Paquin), Lafayette (Nelsan Ellis), and Lettie Mae (Adina Porter) doing their best to keep Tara (Rutina Wesley) from heading off on her own to rescue Eggs from Maryann's evil clutches. Will they succeed? You'll have to tune in this Sunday just like the rest of us to find out!

*light bulb* Now I get it. Well, I haven't seen H2 yet so am not too distracted by mythical white horses to chime in with my $.02 on Eggs & Tara. I like them together. Plus, I think the boat has sailed on her and Sam ... and she's definitely outgrown her crush on Jason. If Eggs doesn't make it through the finale, then I'd rather see a new love interest for her next season than a rehash of what didn't work the first time around.

I'm happy Tara is back, but fuck 'Eggs' in his stupid ass. That guy sucks as an actor and I'll be glad to see the end of him.
Tara belongs with Sam Merlotte. That's how it should go.
Hell, I'd be happy to see her end up with Jason.

I can see how it might seem that way if you haven't watched it all along, but you should give it a chance. It and BBC America's Being Human are two of the best vamp/creature shows around.
