Antichrist's UK Poster

Tired of seeing nothing but images of Charlotte Gainsbourg and Willem Dafoe in the throes of passion and/or pain in connection with Lars von Trier's divisive new film Antichrist? If so, then you should be happy to view the UK poster for the flick, which plays up the controversy the film has engendered.

IMP Awards provided the poster, which you can see below. It contains all the adjectives we've heard to describe Antichrist: twisted, depraved, troubling, shocking, and of course brilliant.

IFC is giving Antichrist a pre-Halloween theatrical release in Los Angeles and New York on October 23rd, following its initial VOD launch on October 21st, after which we'll hopefully see a wider theatrical release.
