7 Deadly Sins: Inside The Ecomm Cult Debuts at Monster-Mania This Weekend!

The godfather of gore himself, Mr. Herschell Gordon Lewis, will be making a rare appearance in front of the camera in the upcoming horror/comedy 7 Deadly Sins: Inside the Ecomm Cult, and if you want to see it before everyone else, you'd better buy a ticket for Monster-Mania and get your ass to Cherry Hill, NJ this weekend!

7 Deadly Sins: Inside the Ecomm Cult is a mockumentary about a young girl who's brainwashed into joining a cult in Southern California. Lewis stars as the hard-boiled detective hired to track her down. "I like the whole idea of mockumentary," said Lewis in a press release. "With that kind of thing, you want the audience to have the same sense of humor you do."

The film also stars Smokey Miles a.k.a. Count Smokula as Doctor Smoke, Alexia Anastasio as Amy, Mo Whelan as The Infomercial Lady and Kevin Sean Michaels (Vampira: The Movie). The film will be available on DVD all weekend, and Anastasio will be on hand to autograph the disc for any and all interested parties.
