Night of the Demons ROCKS!

So, are you wondering what kind of tunes will be cranking out while the demons slaughter the not so innocent during Adam Gierasch's remake of Night of the Demons? Looks like Adam's ready to bring the rock along with the gore!

Bloody Disgusting caught up with Geirasch, who shared the goodies.

[The bands are] "all pretty rockin'!" Adam tells the site. "And Joe Bishara (Repo! The Genetic Opera) has done a great job helping me to assemble some evil horror rock for the soundtrack."

Announced thus far are:

-45 Grave (who contribute an original theme song)
-Concrete Blonde
-Goatwhore
-Psycho Charger
-TSOL
-Type O Negative
-Zombie Girl
-The Ghastly Ones
-Haunted Garage
-Wednesday 13
-Death Riders
...and many more

OK! It's got my money! Hit up the above link for more including a new exclusive pic! Look for the film starring Diora Baird, Shannon Elizabeth, Monica Keena, Bobbi Sue Luther, Jonathan Beach, Michael Copon, Tiffany Shepis, and Edward Furlong to arrive in theaters on October 9th.

I am so glad we have had some great hrror films come out. First it was with the better than expected My Bloody Valentine and Friday the 13th, to Sam Raimi's triumphant return in Drag Me To Hell. Which has been awesome. But come October the year of 2009 will be completely over the top when ZOmbieland, Sorority Row and this film are released.

Only name on that list that has me even the least bit excited is The Ghastly Ones. Still, it's pretty awesome they're getting some film work. Now, they just need to get their asses to the east coast so I can actually see them play.
