Exclusive Godkiller Wallpaper for PC and iPhone
In anticipation of the upcoming San Diego Comic-Con, Halo-8 Entertainment is releasing a series of wallpapers for your PCs and iPhones featuring characters from their upcoming illustrated film Godkiller. Dread Central has been given exclusive rights to distribute the graphics for Nicki Clyne's character, Soledad.
In the words of writer/director Matt Pizzolo, "The ladies of Godkiller are ferocious mixes of strength, sexuality, and survivalism... it's a pretty tough world [illustrator] Anna Muckcracker and I created." Clyne's Soledad looks more than able to take care of herself.
Along with Clyne, Godkiller's eclectic cast of voice actors includes Danielle Harris, Lance Henriksen, Justin Pierre, Tiffany Shepis, Bill Moseley, Katie Nisa, Lydia Lunch, and Davey Havok. It takes place in a dark future after economic collapse and a nuclear holy war with Earth having been colonized by alien races.
Tommy and his kid sister Lucy live in an orphanage in one of the few remaining city-states, but Lucy is critically ill and desperately in need of a new heart. Tommy's odyssey to find a new heart for his sister begins when he follows an organ-stealing prostitute named Halfpipe out of the city-state and into the savage borderland known as Outer City. Godkiller mixes unforgiving brutality, quantum physics, conspiracy theory, and secret history for an iconoclastic hero's journey like none before it.
Halo-8's events at SDCC 09 include appearances and signings by Godkiller cast members Clyne, Harris, Moseley, and Pierre as well as Pizzolo and animator Brian Giberson (check the site closer to the event for the autograph schedule).
